The guide was exceptional. We could not ask for anyone better. He helped us get in to a museum without any problems. He gave us lots of tips and was extremely helpful and polite.
Purchasing tickets was very easy and quick. Our guide was a wonderful, pleasant woman. It was an unforgettable and magical time. What we saw cannot be described in words or photographs; this is a place everyone should visit.
I booked tickets with booking.com and it was a disaster I really wish I came to you first you wer exactly the opposite so easy to get tickets .you saved the day for me .I will always you going forward
The provider is excellent at communication. Two days before the visit they sent a message to confirm the visit, describe the meeting spot, and reiterate visit requirements (i.e. dress code, etc.). Very straightforward and easy experience.
Easy navigation, got us the tickets right where they said they were. Great museum too (obviously), the chapel itself is magnificent but personally their statue collection was the highlight!
The guide not only gave us the tickets, but she came with us till the very entrance of Vatican Museum and she navigated us to the last check. I appreciate, thank you so much.

The staff that gave me the ticket made a lovely recommendation to do the museum's audio guided tour and it was worth the 8€. I spent several hours walking through all the rooms listening to the history they hold.
She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I was having trouble using Google maps walking to get there and I was going the wrong way. She called me. She was very patient. She waited for me and she led me inside and made sure my ticket worked. I can't see enough nice things about her
It was seamless and great specially in the crazy heat. Staff was helpful and communication through email was amazing. And maybe off topic but I bought a 5 euro fan from their ticket collection center and that was trust me the best purchase of our entire euro trip😂
Everything went perfect. Arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time , waited for a bit and went in easily through the security check which is impossible to avoid. The tickets were valid everywhere. Enjoyed our time
After picking up the tickets, we got into the museum very quickly; we didn't have to queue. The museum was breathtaking!😍

The men of the security force from the wntry to the exit were the best. They were all very polite, friendly, and were quick to help the wheelchair bound guest we had. We were impressed. The woman at the museum ticket counter was vert dry, unfriendly, and cold.
The Vatican Museum is wonderful, much more than I expected. It's full of works of art, and the Sistine Chapel is a dream.
It was a great experience, enjoyable to use Fast Track to get into the Vatican Museums and The Sistine Chapel. It was very efficient time instead of waiting inline for hours and I was very happy with the services.
Skipping the line is wirth every cent. For 60+ under august heat is physicaly demanding, but folowing our own pace it was great experience.

The museum was elaborate very ornate with amazing ceilings. Great cafes inside. Bookshops and gift shops were overpriced. Overall good experience.
Amazing experience,but a great deal of walking and following the crowd involved, compounded by high temperatures - but still worth it!
Overall, it was a great experience. I bought the tickets three days before my visit, followed the instructions on the voucher, and was met by a representative holding a sign who guided me through the process.
Everything went smoothly and took no more than 15 minutes.
The location to pick up the tickets should be more clear, early access tickets could be the best option, very crowded and you can spend the whole day just in Vatican city.
Got lost as first time visiting Rome, hence we were late to our booking, the company wouldn’t give us a refund or let us reschedule our tickets. Awful customer service would never use again.
