Our guide was excellent - she was very informative and added some humour to her delivery - which made the experience very enjoyable. She expertly navigated us through the crowds.
Absolutely fantastic…our tour guide was an archaeologist lady ( unfortunately can’t remember her name)and the knowledge she has is incredible! Very friendly, nice person
Our tour guide Paolo was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, very knowledgeable and asked and answered all our questions. He made our time in Rome beautiful and we cannot thank him enough for the wonderful tour he gave us.
Serena was an exceptional guide and ensured we got as much out of our visit as was possible. Very knowledgeable. Allow extra time to find the departure offices if you are new to Rome and don't relay on Google maps.
Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was with my elderly mother and she went out of her way to ensure her comfort and engagement throughout the tour.
Excellent tour around the Vatican museum and Sistine Chapel. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly she made the tour very enjoyable.
Polite, informative, and although a bit quick going through, it was still THREE hours.
I’d have collapsed if it were more. But after Sistine Chapel you do have option to stay. No time limit, the guide can just leave ya there. But I was beat!! SO VERY MUCH to see!!!
The meeting point and pre-information was clear.
We needed to wait a bit until our tour started but definitely skipped the line.
Our tour was guided by Marina, she is excellent. She has a lot of patience and knowledge about the museums. I recommend the tour
The guide was absolutely excellent. She was knowledgeable and very funny. She made the trip for me.
This tour was well worth it. Very informative. Just wear comfortable shoes because there is a lot of walking.
Our guide Jean Paul was fantastic, it was a very hot day (37 degrees) and he made sure he still completed the tour but with movement to shade as needed. He was so knowledgable and made sure to make the facts and information interesting for our teenagers too!
This was an exceptional tour. Our guide, Palo, was very knowledgeable about art and history and wove a story throughout the tour.
Very extraordinary experience visiting the Sistine Chapel and the Vatican Museum...! Such a nice opportunity for all these binding with the informative narration of our guide! Thank you!!!
Food was well organised and on time . Marta was an excellent tour guide, very knowledgeable and very patient . Highly recommend
This was an excellent tour of the Vatican City museums and the chapel. Our guide was friendly, cheerful and so knowledgeable, we felt lucky to have her as our guide.
An excellent tour and tour guide she gave a detailed history of Italy and how it connected with the Vatican. I would highly recommend this tour
Beautiful! No words to describe this experience! Excellent tour guide!! I’m not catholic but the Vatican is a MUST! It can be overwhelming so the tour helps to navigate and enhance your experience! Awesome tour guide!!!
Our guide Alex was terrific—moved us through many exhibit rooms with lots of anecdotes about not only the exhibits but about the artworks from an artist’s perspective. Friendly, knowledgeable and witty.
Daniela was a fabulous guid, passionate and knowledgeable about everything.
Our guide had a vast knowledge of the history behind the exhibits. He was patient making the tour more bearable given how hot it got in a packed area filled with other visitors.
Our tour guide was amazing our group was very international so she had tried to engage everyone and also showed part or area of the museums which resonated from one's County. She also kept it a bit entertaining with some good humar.
The tour was only 2 hours instead of 3 and you are not able to explore the museums after the tour as the tour guide leads you right out the exit but
Had fun overall. I struggled to hear/understand at times. Combination of background noise and accent.
Also felt we didn't get to look around that much. We had to make sure we made our booking.
The tour itself I really enjoyed but for me, not enough time spent in the museum itself with information as most was spent talking about particular pieces that the guide would spend ages talking about… He was pleasant enough and I enjoyed the day but that would be my only criticism
While the museum itself was impressive, the tour experience fell short. The guide was disorganized and difficult to hear, and the rushed pace made it hard to fully appreciate the exhibits in each section.
