Our guide was excellent - she was very informative and added some humour to her delivery - which made the experience very enjoyable. She expertly navigated us through the crowds.

I’d have collapsed if it were more. But after Sistine Chapel you do have option to stay. No time limit, the guide can just leave ya there. But I was beat!! SO VERY MUCH to see!!!

Our guide Jean Paul was fantastic, it was a very hot day (37 degrees) and he made sure he still completed the tour but with movement to shade as needed. He was so knowledgable and made sure to make the facts and information interesting for our teenagers too!

Our guide Alex was terrific—moved us through many exhibit rooms with lots of anecdotes about not only the exhibits but about the artworks from an artist’s perspective. Friendly, knowledgeable and witty.

Our guide had a vast knowledge of the history behind the exhibits. He was patient making the tour more bearable given how hot it got in a packed area filled with other visitors.
Our tour guide was amazing our group was very international so she had tried to engage everyone and also showed part or area of the museums which resonated from one's County. She also kept it a bit entertaining with some good humar.
The tour was only 2 hours instead of 3 and you are not able to explore the museums after the tour as the tour guide leads you right out the exit but

The tour itself I really enjoyed but for me, not enough time spent in the museum itself with information as most was spent talking about particular pieces that the guide would spend ages talking about… He was pleasant enough and I enjoyed the day but that would be my only criticism
While the museum itself was impressive, the tour experience fell short. The guide was disorganized and difficult to hear, and the rushed pace made it hard to fully appreciate the exhibits in each section.
