Our guide Jean Paul was fantastic, it was a very hot day (37 degrees) and he made sure he still completed the tour but with movement to shade as needed. He was so knowledgable and made sure to make the facts and information interesting for our teenagers too!

It was an excellent experience! Serena was our tour guide and she was wonderful. Serena is knowledgeable and explained everything with the right amount of detail. Being able to “skip the line” with the tour made the Holy Week crowds manageable. We highly recommend

Very bad experience, boring guide’s stories and half of the museum wasn’t visited because… I don’t know reasons. I can compare, because it was my second time in Vatican museums, and this time was a disaster. So much money for nothing.:(
We came looking forward to learn and admire the Vatican masterpieces, but the tour guide assigned barely spoke English, had very little energy and that meant our expertise was ruined with poor shallow content and slow progress along the museums. Very dissatisfied.
