First time to Rome!!! The Leonardo Express was an easy stress free way to travel from FCO to Roma Termini. If you book early online then on the day of travel you need to adjust your boarding time it is super easy and flexible.
Easy and fast access. You can scan the QR code directly from your mobile phone to the train gates. Highly recommended to have a ticket in advance and avoid queue in the ticket counter.

Easy to find train station, very quick ride (32min) and the train is always on time. Great way to quickly get to Rome Center. Air Conditioning, large luggage compartments, clean interior, comfortable seats.

Arriving at the airport, it is quite a long walk to the train station but staff will help in English and the train is clean with a lot of luggage storage and plenty of seating. Very quick journey to Rome termini.

So simple. Train station is well signposted from the airport. I'd recommended buying tickets online as the queues for the ticket machines were all fairly long. I just breezed right up to the barrier and was through in 2 seconds!

The fact you can purchase online is great. Planes don't always arrive on time and in my case due to medical emergency we didn't. To arrive at train to be told I have to pay $5 to change ticket is terrible.
I was impressed by how easy it was to book my ticket - literally from the plane as we taxied in.

Our flight was delayed, and our driver Glennaro, worked with us, and stayed in communication, and was right there to get us at the Naples Train Station. He was amazing and we were fortunate to have him as our driver.
Fast, quick and simple way to travel from the airport into central Rome. Be aware when buying your tickets though as you are automatically given a train time. You must change the time to suite you.
Once you understand how it all works, it's very good. You need to check in but that can be done online through the email. A very helpful member of staff explained it to us. Train wad easy to find, clean and comfortable.
Easy process and good ride except the train I was on was so crowded it was standing room only. Was glad I pre-purchased my ticket so I didn’t have to wait to use the ticket machine.
