Easy to find. Train departed and arrived on time. Recommend this as an easy and convenient way to get from the airport to Rome city.
It was seamless and easy to get on the train. I loved the service, clean and efficient and quick! My husband and I were traveling throughout Europe to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
Fantastic! Easy to find from the airport. Lots of signs directing you. Already bought our tickets online so no need to validate just walked up to the gate. Clean and lots of space for luggage. Great experience.
First time to Rome!!! The Leonardo Express was an easy stress free way to travel from FCO to Roma Termini. If you book early online then on the day of travel you need to adjust your boarding time it is super easy and flexible.
Easy and fast access. You can scan the QR code directly from your mobile phone to the train gates. Highly recommended to have a ticket in advance and avoid queue in the ticket counter.
Superb! I arrived earlier than expected and a member of staff kindly adjusted my ticket so I could get on the next train out. Went directly in to Rome centre near our hotel - perfect
Very easy to find and board. Very clean and fast. Great experience. Drops you off right in the middle of the city. Would definitely recommend to anyone flying into FCO
Very convenient and reasonably priced. Trains run on schedule
So easy and hassle free. Transfer from airport was so fast, from airport straight onto the train and into city centre within just over half and hour! Highly recommend and would use again!
Very convenient service from the airport building to Rome.
Easy to change the train ticket time through the email link.
Don’t forget the check in through the email link when you board.
Train easy to find. Non-stop smooth ride to Rome termini. Frequent service with plenty of space for luggage. Bought through Tiqets which meant open tickets. Other sites wanted to pick a train time.
Easy to find train station, very quick ride (32min) and the train is always on time. Great way to quickly get to Rome Center. Air Conditioning, large luggage compartments, clean interior, comfortable seats.
Absolutely the best way to get from airport to Rome center. Don’t even think of taxi or other service. It is fast, clean and super easy to use and buy ticekets.
The app made my trip easier than I thought. I have never left the USA before and traveling to Italy was intimidating. The train was easily found from the airport and it was fast accessing the train with my tickets
Arriving at the airport, it is quite a long walk to the train station but staff will help in English and the train is clean with a lot of luggage storage and plenty of seating. Very quick journey to Rome termini.
Easy, quick and comfortable way to get into town. I had to change my booking due to travel delays and that was easily possible through the „Manage“ function. Very helpful.
So simple. Train station is well signposted from the airport. I'd recommended buying tickets online as the queues for the ticket machines were all fairly long. I just breezed right up to the barrier and was through in 2 seconds!
The fact you can purchase online is great. Planes don't always arrive on time and in my case due to medical emergency we didn't. To arrive at train to be told I have to pay $5 to change ticket is terrible.
Our flight was delayed, and our driver Glennaro, worked with us, and stayed in communication, and was right there to get us at the Naples Train Station. He was amazing and we were fortunate to have him as our driver.
I was impressed by how easy it was to book my ticket - literally from the plane as we taxied in.
I was unimpressed by the booking fee involved, the amount of which wasn't clear when I was making the booking.
Fast, quick and simple way to travel from the airport into central Rome. Be aware when buying your tickets though as you are automatically given a train time. You must change the time to suite you.
Once you understand how it all works, it's very good. You need to check in but that can be done online through the email. A very helpful member of staff explained it to us. Train wad easy to find, clean and comfortable.
Easy process and good ride except the train I was on was so crowded it was standing room only. Was glad I pre-purchased my ticket so I didn’t have to wait to use the ticket machine.
Poor signage and information for English speakers
Don’t buy ticket ahead of time/on line. Now it is timed entry, if you are early, you must wait and can’t change your ticket time (very inconvenient and far from train). They obviously oversold the tickets because trains are standing room only and no luggage space.
