The train was on time, clean and the conductor was really nice. We arrived at the airport with no delays. The ride was smooth and fun.

Great, as the tickets are already validated we breezed past the queues at the airport. Scanned the tickets to get through and the conductor checked so really worth purchasing with Tiqets!

Great and they were very helpful, I wasn’t sure what stop to get off and the employee on the chair showed us where to get off, lots of signs so we could see where to go to get on
super easy to book online and we made it to the Rome Termini station just in time to get the last train to the airport. Plenty of room, 30-minute ride, more comfortable, affordable and less stressful than taking a taxi.
Tickets were easy to buy, train was easy to locate at Roma Termini, and departure/arrival was on time. There was also substantial storage options for luggage (as compared to the local and regional trains). Would highly recommend.

Train service was well signed from inside the airport and ran straight into Rome. Excellent on the way back to airport as arrives into terminal 3 as required. Would recommend this service over using road transport.
Leonardo express is an easy affordable connection I recommend to anyone connection from the Rome airport to central Termini. Clean, comfortable and efficient. (The busses in town are a different story. HA!)
Leonardo Express is a modern Train with comfortable seats, enough luggage space and a good air condition. It is the fastes connection between airport and city. It has been exactly on time.
Very easy process. I just downloaded the tickets into my phone and we didn’t have to queue at the airport/train station. Very comfortable and quick transfer to central Rome and back.

Suggest getting to the station a little earlier than departure as the train is on the platform and you can then find a seat. Go towards the front of the train as most users tend to go to the nearest door.
Worked well and fairly to use. Had to keep reloading the tickets, but maybe it was user error? All tickets worked without issue for entry to attractions etc. Would definitely use again 👍

I had booked a certain train but was on an earlier one ( hard to judge from airport). I was disappointed to be charged extra for this
Booking was a bit confusing, do i need to book a seat or not? And why do you need an app? The tocket i bought online had no qr code whatsoever. Bought another at the machine. Then the gates wouldn’t open withe ticket, maybe the eight try di it.
It was little bit tricky to find the platform at the Roma Termini station. We were lucky to find the information, but we saw many people were missing the train. It is better to be showed on the departure board like all other trains are.
Super fast, fair price and easy to navigate through airport and the train. The only negative comment is related to the imposibility to change the hour without paying extra 5 EUR . When you fly long distance it is almost certain you'll miss the train at the booked bour and minute. This is a one way trip and it should be valid 24 hrs. But the overpriced taxis makes this still the best way to travel from Airport to the city center.
Terrible service. Couldn't take the train I booked for 4 people due to service on tracks. No notice, had to pay again and take a taxi to the airport
I paid for a train, I even selected the train seats. When we got there we lost our ride to the airport because they never specified that it was a bus instead of a train. This was at 10 pm and we were exhausted. People at the terminal was not helpful, no one knew where to take the bus. Worst service I tried in Italy!
