Easy to buy and use tickets, friendly staff and timely trains that also felt and looked clean.
The train was on time, clean and the conductor was really nice. We arrived at the airport with no delays. The ride was smooth and fun.
Excellent service-easy to find where train departed from, on time, takes you straight into rome. Remember always to validate your ticket it is its a paper ticket
Excellent service & very simple process. Recommend for easy transport to airport
Seamless. Using the App. Easy transfer in Rome.
Thank you 🙏
Easy to book, helpful staff, Train Stations and Trains in Italy are so clean compared to the UK. Never hesitate to get on an Italian Train. Fast !!!, comfortable and informative.
Could not have been easier! It was a very easy to use system and we did not have any difficulties using the tickets. If only all the other trains tickets in Italy were as easy to use ;)
Great, as the tickets are already validated we breezed past the queues at the airport. Scanned the tickets to get through and the conductor checked so really worth purchasing with Tiqets!
Purchased tickets on line for return to airport.
Tickets scanned with no problems, train clean, lots of seats, arrived at airport on time.
Would definitely use again. (Day we used the train it left from platform 24)
Great and they were very helpful, I wasn’t sure what stop to get off and the employee on the chair showed us where to get off, lots of signs so we could see where to go to get on
super easy to book online and we made it to the Rome Termini station just in time to get the last train to the airport. Plenty of room, 30-minute ride, more comfortable, affordable and less stressful than taking a taxi.
Tickets were easy to buy, train was easy to locate at Roma Termini, and departure/arrival was on time. There was also substantial storage options for luggage (as compared to the local and regional trains). Would highly recommend.
Train station is very open and easy to move around with suitcases
The train was very big and wide open and super clean fast and on time
Perfect experience thank you
Booked tickets online ahead of the trip. Made everything much easier and efficient.
Train service was well signed from inside the airport and ran straight into Rome. Excellent on the way back to airport as arrives into terminal 3 as required. Would recommend this service over using road transport.
Leonardo express is an easy affordable connection I recommend to anyone connection from the Rome airport to central Termini. Clean, comfortable and efficient. (The busses in town are a different story. HA!)
Perfect takes you straight into the airport from the Rome station. Very easy.
Leonardo Express is a modern Train with comfortable seats, enough luggage space and a good air condition. It is the fastes connection between airport and city. It has been exactly on time.
Very easy process. I just downloaded the tickets into my phone and we didn’t have to queue at the airport/train station. Very comfortable and quick transfer to central Rome and back.
Worked well and fairly to use. Had to keep reloading the tickets, but maybe it was user error? All tickets worked without issue for entry to attractions etc. Would definitely use again 👍
Had to ask AI on where and how to caught it. Then when I got tickets thru my phone I had to wait for the 4th train running at that time an hr from then.
Booking was a bit confusing, do i need to book a seat or not? And why do you need an app? The tocket i bought online had no qr code whatsoever. Bought another at the machine. Then the gates wouldn’t open withe ticket, maybe the eight try di it.
Did not work. No train traveled
there. The trains were all down. I had to hail a cab driver.
Overcrowded and way too expensive. We should have got a taxi instead!
Terrible service. Couldn't take the train I booked for 4 people due to service on tracks. No notice, had to pay again and take a taxi to the airport
