Great value bus tour which takes you past the major sites in Rome. The commentary is very informative giving you interesting facts about each site that you pass.
In my opinion is the best way to see Rome. You can hop off where you want to. Best thing is to ride the whole circle first then decide where you want to go. But be prepared to walk and use comfortable shoes.
We arrived in Rome at 7:00 am, and couldn’t get into our Airbnb until 3:00 (15:00). We stored our luggage at the airport, then used this service. This was the best thing we could’ve done. We learned a lot, and saved our legs (as much as we could in Rome).
The buses are regular and signs ready to find. We enjoyed taking a whole round trip to relax and see the sights, visited the Vatican area, then took the bus around to the stop nearest our hotel. The sound through the headphones could be a bit clearer but we enjoyed the tour overall.
Easy to purchase and transfer our online ticket to a physical ticket when boarding the bus. An enjoyable tour around Rome.
Great 👍 experience
The hop on hop off bus that we booked was a great way to see key sites in Rome. Each stop was long enough to get off and on, but did not make you feel like you were waiting forever.
The best way to be transported around Rome. Takes you to all the places you would want to see. Drops you off at places close enough to walk to. Stops right at the train main train station.
Perfect way to see the sights! The whole loop is about 90 minutes and upstairs has a lovely breeze. The 2 day ticket gives you the best amount of time to see everything and save on the walking if you go in 34 degree heat.
Great and convenient way to tour Rome and visit all of its landmarks. Buss availability was great and helped us a lot to get from one point to another. I highly recommend it.
The hop on hop off bus is the greatest way to see all the attractions in Rome and the staff are really helpful and polite would definitely travel on the hop on and hop off bus again.
This is the best way to tour around Rome. We didn’t even get off the bus!! We just wanted to see where everything is. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. We loved it!!
Very easy, and convenient way to learn about Rome. Never had to wait long for a bus.
Love the open air seats on the top.
The audio was easy to use and follow along.
The buses provided a good tour highlighting the points of interest. The stops were longer than anticipated and two stops were not available to get off.
We used the bus during the day but disappointed at length of walk to Vatican from its, advertised bus stop. Staff were very helpful and freindly
It was a good way of combining sightseeing with escaping the heat 😃 The only thing that was less godd was that the audio guide was difficult to hear sometimes and the language shifted as well. We figured it out and could adjust it back to Englush again - so it worked out.
Mostly good around the main routes but lack of service out of the centre left us waiting for over an hour for a bus to arrive
It was very hard to find, so many other busses! The walk is too far from the Vatican and the Spanish step, we will see the rest later!!
Process organization is not good, many operators for such activities at buses stations but there were helpers with hop on and the lines.
Only 2-3 buses operate. We waited 30-40 min for a bus to arrive just to announce that this bus needs service and the next stop we need to get off and wait for another bus. Other companies have more buses so the waiting is 5-10 min. (Big Bus for example)
Audio system on buses not working in English. Too much time around shops & not the real sights. Disappointed!

I was bit late but no phone call check whether I was coming or not not a good service I wanted to phone them up bug no phone number terrible service I recommend not use
Did not use it. Tickets were waste of money. Bus stops difficult to find and navigate. Tickets non refundable so a waste of money for us
Although I opened the ticket on my iPhone, when I arrived it was no longer there, and I was denied to board. After being given the runaround through the website, it finally showed up. I also have purchased a ticket at a premium price for the Colosseum on Friday Oct 2. The original email which had the QR code is no longer in my email since I downloaded the app. I don’t have money to waste, I have saved up all year for the trip and don’t need the stress. WHERE IS MY COLOSSEUM TICKET!
I was treated like a second class citizen and was told to get on via the back doors rather than entering at the front doors as everyone else had. Couldn’t understand why the older customer representative was bringing so offish and unprofessional… maybe because I am a lady of colour. Oh well, just saying.
