Everything was perfect!
However, the bus left 10 min earlier, because was full. I was lucky to come earlier at the bus station, although if I was late I would had missed it.

So easy a quick. We got there a little early and missed one bus but another came in 5 minutes. Clean, easy and quick and drops you right at terminal 3, which is ideal for an international flight (US for us).
It is a very good choice to take this shuttle bus from city center to airport. The bus is clean and runs smoothly. The arrival point is just between T1and T3 with just 2 minutes walk.
As described. No problems found. The price was very good. The seats were confortable, the air conditioning OK, the route, the time and the courtesy of the employees were also very good.
The bus was on time and the 4.30am bus arrived at the airport about 5.10am for our 7am flight. The booking process was great online. I took my printed tickets but mobile ticket is fine too. The bus was comfortable.
Everythink was as described. Bus was clean, on-time, personnel was kind and professional. It took 40minutes to get from Termini to Fiumicino airport. For 6€ per person and trip I highly reccomend it.

Bus was on time. Clean busses and pleasant stuff. We use them every time when we are in Rome. Cheaper to buy tickets through tiqets than on spot.

Very good experience, definitely will do it again. Shuttle runs very often. We booked for 13:15 but it was no problem to get in to the earlier one.
I booked the 4.50am but the bus at 4.20 is empty, I was able to board the bus earlier. Journey to the airport is quick about 20-25 minutes, as there was no traffic in the morning.

Confusing boarding process, with the departing and arriving passengers intermingled in the same area (as opposed to offloading in one spot then moving up to boarding area).

My experience was very good. I found the bus quickly, the queue was long, but the boarding was prompt. boarding starts 15 minutes before the trip. backpacks in the salon are not allowed to take
Easy to use and on time! We sat at the back and I was leaked on as it was raining outside though. Also, be prepared to put your own luggage under the bus and take it off.
Good and very reasonable in cost. Wish I had know about this before. I will tell my friends about it. Is this available in all large cities?

The trip took over 2 hours instead of the advertised 50 minutes. We did not even get any water, as we were not prepared for a trip that long. Also the WiFi did not work
Driver was rude. He may not know English it is not important, body language would be enough...
I bought a ticket for the wrong direction and asked the Tiqets employee to change my ticket, to which they said it was not possible.
I got on the bus and asked the bus company employee to change the direction and there were no problems.
