The day was exceptional. Everyone at all three monuments were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. It was a beautiful history lesson. Everyone visiting Rome should take the visit.
Everything was clear in your communication. I found the pick up place effortlessly the auto work very very well. The employees were very professional and courteous.
Didn’t realise the extent of the audio guide until my daughter showed me there was more. Once we discovered this, the information given was very good. Nice you could walk around at your own pace and hear all the information.

The tickets were available in plenty of time. Bugatti was very pleasant and met me at the Coloseum to deliver the tickets. Inside Out Italy was in communication with me along the way.

Colluseum very busy outside, but controlled flow inside. History awesome! My favourite part of the trip.
Finding the ticket office was a little bit tricky and we had a bit of a panic getting down to the official entrance just in time!

The sign for the guide to meet was quite small and off to the side of the arch but once we found him he was fantastic, really friendly and put us in the right directions for the whole day.

Colloseum was great. Children do not pay ticket but on tiqets.app they charged us any way. The excuse maybe was the reservation . Just book for adults.

It was very easy to find the staff to get the ticket and they provided all the necessary details to have a good experience. For the Coliseum, this ticket was amazing!
We had a smooth and enjoyable tour of the Colosseum overall. As a family of six, there was a small issue with entry times—four of us had the same slot, while two had a different one—so we had to wait a bit. Aside from that, everything went well.

We liked it a lot but the crowds and heat in July doesn’t make this experience as great as it could be.
It was amazing. You need time to walk around took take everything in, especially if you do it with the Rome Forum and Palatine Hill. The experience were unbelievable. Definitely wear comfortable shoes.
Had trouble with the audio guide. Could not get it to work. The place where you pick up the tickets is father than you think so give yourself time to pick them up. Other than that skip the line is totally worth it.
Everything was so beautiful! Just wish every audio guide had a map so you could more easily follow along with the guide and the location of monuments. Otherwise, amazing!!!
We had a great time at the collosseum, the roman forum and the palentine hills. Unfotunately for us it was too warm the day of our visit. 36 degrees celsius. So we could not bear to see all of the sites at the roman forum and palatine hills. But we still was impressed. 😊
Found it difficult to hear the commentary without headphones as I wanted to take photos as well. However, the text descriptions are good. I’ll read those later.
Read al the information of your tickets to ensure a good expierience ...having the tickets in advance was great .....it was an expierience we will remember ...we had tickets for 14pm and had enough time to see everything ....
Don’t book through this app, brought 2 tickets separately and 1 got cancelled due to space, which is absolutely rubbish… then this company wouldn’t refund the other ticket! Absolutely shambles of an app
Our tickets were moved to a later time and because of that we didn't have time to go through the entire Coliseum. Which disappointed us quite a bit.
Unable to see the colosseum due to a national bike race that shut down all public transit for miles of the colosseum. Too far to make it on foot and was unable to take tour. Zero notice of this to plan ahead was given.
