Beautiful place to visit and interesting history. The audio guide make it even interesting place to visit and learn the history. The St. Angelo Bridge is also truly amazing with Bernini's sculpture.

Great way to have access to all three places with great instruction from guide. Naomi was a fast walker and her English was understandable.

Everything was clear and quick ☺️. Near to the entrance we changed our e-tickets to paper ones and get into the castle without waiting

Great experience in Castel Sant'Angelo. The visit was great, I got in avoiding the queues at the ticket office..and the Castel Sant'Angelo is absolutely amazing! I'm so happy I got the tickets from Tiqets and I'll do it again once I'll need it.

Staff was easy to find out front as described. Audio was good description, hard to follow, at beginning. Had nice snack at cafe on terrace reasonably priced. Very nice view from terrace and roof.

We enjoyed the castle and audio guide interesting and gave a lot of info, but audio guide not very user friendly could not always tell where we were to listen to the appropriate description of room

It was a good experience. The provided information was organized and indepth.. I would have loved it if the audio was gps timed. Since it was a manual process I would play items before or after as not all signs were visible. Would do it again.

Easy to buy and use. Collect tickets right outside the venue. Download the audio guide onto your phone and use your own headphones. No queuing.

Worth a visit and the fast-track entry ticket was useful. I wouldn't bother with the audio guide again, the app took a long time to download and there was plenty of information (in both English and Italian) at various points in the castle.

This was so fun! Definitely a fantastic site that should not be missed’ The ticket pickup process is a little wonky (you have to bring the voucher to someone outside the castel who then gives you a printed ticket to present at the castel) but otherwise this was a great experience.

Tour and Audio Guide really good. The agent waited outside the Castle (description in ticket is wrong). Some photos in the guide are messed up, also some text (St. Michael and his sword). Needs a slight review. Overall good value for money...

The view from the terrace of the Angel was worth all the steps. Really enjoyed the tour.

The Castel is amazing and we had a great experience. Our point of contact was a bit disorganized. Had to look around to see where she was but was still easy to find and she did not give us the audio guide so I think we missed alot of info. Still a must see venue, just make sure you grab your audio guide.

Terrible. We paid for an audio tour but did not get it. There is no wifi in the castle so you can’t use the audio. The agent didn’t know how to do it. I would like a refund for the audio portion.
