Great service. Easy to understand. I can almost guarantee that if you see a 1 star review, it's most likely another silly tourist that thinks the world revolves around them. Thank You
We loved our experience! We arrived at our allocated slot at the ticket office at 1.30, but didn’t get a coliseum entry slot until 4.30pm. However, this allowed us plenty of time to watch the multimedia video and fully explore the Roman Forum.
Very amazing!!!!!
Alexandra was a wonderful tour guide! The best! She was an incredible speaker and very knowledgeable!! Her energy and engagement with all of us in the tour made it a very enjoyable experience! Highly recommend her!
Everything was good, the tickets are worth it because there is a documentary movie before and then theguide takes you to the entrance. They give you a map and a QR code for an audio app that you can use in the place.
Our visit to the Colosseum was brilliant, the staff at the Touristation office were really helpful and gave us the tickets, and explained the sequence of the visits.
We have reservation slot at 9:am but in the touristic info we get tickets to the Colloseum at 12,15. Perfect timing, because we were in Capitolini Museums at first and after that Forum Romanum, Palatine hill and Colloseum.
It was wonderful experience. To see all the attractions from ancient times and see our history it was amazing. Even with a lot of tourists everything was perfect 👌
Excellent guide at the Colosseum who gave just enough information. The view from above of the Forum was spectacular. We also walked at ground level.Palatine Hill was impressive for the views. We recommend it!
Great trip! Lots of walking and steps so be prepared before you go. Team at the information point were great and the video was very informative with great digital reconstructions. Highly recommended!
Easy to use - once checked in at the ticket pick-up place, saw a nice historic video. Entrance to the Forum and Colosseum was easy with the provided tickets (just a simple scan) and we didn't have to wait in any lines.
Exactly what we expected with skip the line tickets, but the multimedia tour of the Colosseum, Forum, and Ancient Rome really helped us visualize what we were experiencing. Thanks!
Amazing! The Tiqets process was easy and quick and the staff support was awesome! Such great value and service. They made our visit to the Colliseum and Palatine Hill so easy and we were able to skip to the front of the lines. Thanks for making our time in Rome the best!
it was very good, I booked the tickets online and then went to the Touristation office first to print the tickets and get information relevant to that and then I went without any problems to the monuments from there.
All good exept that tiqets.com gives out a voucher that has to be exchanged at a near by office. We went straight to the Colosseum then had to go back to a fountain where the office was to get the real tickets.

The vídeo is interesting and a good way to better understand the history of Rome and its legacy. A host will accompany you until the Coliseum but you'll be able to proceed with the visit to each monument on your own velocity and preference.
We found the staff very helpful and even though we were late arriving they suggested we watched the video after our tour. We actuality were glad we did it this way round.
Would certainly recommend
Everything worked out perfect, however if I would have bought the tickets directly O would have saved quite some money. So great service, but in my mind way to expensive compared to regular ticket prices
tickets were really expensive and I actually doubt if it saved us any time (to enter the Forum it for sure didn't).
The video isn't that great or explicatory and a bit tedious, but good as a starter for the kids
At the time of the booked ticket you HAVE to get it at the tourist office (20min walk from the colosseum). They are kind and explain the way and stuff. But the main entry to the colosseum is 2h AFTER the time of the booked slot for the tickets. Be aware of that!
We were unable to use the tickets, as it wasn’t made clear at the beginning of
Your email that we needed to collect the tickets a 15 minute walk away from the Colosseum and we missed our time slot.
I do not understand, why is needed to change the tickets, i had a problem to find your agency. Better us to buy real tickets.
Had to purchase a new set of tickets because of the time difference and you wouldn’t change it - terrible service
Initially, they rescheduled our visit to a different time, which was inconvenient for us as we already had plans for another time. They confirmed a full refund, but 10 days have already passed and the money has still not been returned. I kindly ask you to take action.
